CLUB FEATURE | SOUTH WEST HORNTAILS

The South West Horntails is the premier team of the South West Quidditch Club. This team is for the players who don’t just play for fun but the competitive edge that tournament day brings. The South West Horntails is a community based organisation that is located in the south-west region of Sydney, NSW. Players of any age, gender or ability are most welcome to come to any of our training sessions and try out the sport of quidditch and join in the fun.

The South West Horntails was founded by Jasmine Robinson in May of 2017. The biggest administrative force behind the Horntails is also a driving force on field, Jasmine is a seeker who refuses to catch a snitch regularly challenging each one with creative and original seeking. A chaser originally and now beater she still utilizes these positions with effectiveness in defense and offense alike, she benefits from now having years of experience under her belt in any position she plays. Jasmine is the coach of the South West Horntails and uses this position to pass on her knowledge of the sport to her team.

The South West Horntails is a registered member of The Australian Quidditch Association and is a fully ranked team within the New South Wales Quidditch League.
